Many of these smaller companies don't have an IT department, which usually develops and tests e-commerce systems. Instead, the small to mid-sized businesses will be dependent on outside, and possibly offshore, companies to develop and test their Websites.

We provide a neutral, non-biased quality assurance service to make sure the investment you make in e-commerce pays off. We can help you set up a QA department, and document the processes and procedures that need to be in place to guarantee your Website will work now, and in the future.

We're cost effective, because we do the hard part of QA fast and reliably. It takes a lot of work and experience to set up a QA department from scratch. It's fairly easy to run a QA department once it's been set up properly. Once we're finished, we hand over QA to your team to run. We'll even train them if needed.
