Our Staff
The senior staff of Advertising & Marketing Review Quality Assurance Services includes several people who have been Contributing Editors to the magazine for over 10 years. In that time they have also worked as senior QA professionals for some of the largest e-commerce Websites on the Internet. Our staff includes:
Robin Hedges - the only person to have held the senior QA management positions at Apple, Adobe and eBay. She founded Apple's first QA division and invented the QA processes and procedures Apple uses to this day. Next, she became QA Director for Radius, an Apple spin-off that pioneered professional desktop publishing products and desktop digital video production systems. Later, she was Director of QA, Documentation and Technical Support for Adobe. Most recently, she was Director of QA for eBay. She has been responsible for the quality of products that generated billions of dollars in sales.
Kathy Windsong - QA Manager/Senior Consultant for Ernst & Young, Xerox, ACNielsen, MCI and Network Solutions. She's been the senior QA manager at several major companies and is an expert with Mercury automation tools. She also has experience managing offshore testing teams, and has an excellent understanding of the documentation needed for reliable offshore QA testing.
Glen Morris - QA Manager/Senior QA Consultant for Apple, Adobe, WebMD, Ariba, Yahoo and TrailBlazer. His QA experience began with testing DTP products for Colorado Media, Agencies and Client News. Based on that experience, he was hired by Radius as Beta Site Coordinator to introduce Radius products to Madison Avenue and Hollywood (he arranged for Radius products to be used in the production of Star Trek NG, Deep Space 9 and Jurassic Park). Next he worked on the Apple Server Team, and later the Apple Human Interface Team. Then he worked as Product Manager for Adobe's first PostScript 3 release. Later he worked as a senior QA Engineer for WebMD's content publishing system and then audited and overhauled Ariba's QA processes and procedures for Ariba's core product. Later was Senior QA Engineer at Yahoo! responsible for all Yahoo!'s email services.
